What is "myPass"?

Alberta Education has created myPass to be a secure self-service website that students can use to access their own personal information about their education. Students will use myPass throughout their high school years and beyond.

What will a student be able to do with his/her own myPass account?

  • Order transcripts.
  • View and print diploma exam result statements.
  • View progress towards a credential (diploma or certificate).
  • View student personal information.
  • View and print detailed academic reports (DAR).
  • Order additional copies of a credential.
  • Register for a diploma exam.

Create your own myPass account by following these steps:

  • Contact THEE’s office (by phone, 1-780-467-5511, or by email, [email protected]) to tell us that you, a currently-registered-with-us high school student want a myPass account (your parent can contact us on your behalf).  Tell us your full legal name (e.g. the name that appeared on your registration form).
  • Provide to us your personal email address that you will use for creating the myPass account.
  • Give us, in the office, a few days to process your request and to enter your email address into your student account in PASI.
  • Go to myPass.alberta.ca.
  • Follow the step-by-step instructions that you will find at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CgQg-AWDehE&t=113s
