Below is a summary list of important information resources and forms for our homeschooling parents, especially those who are new-to-THEE Homeschooling.
Letter From Our Homeschooling Funding and Reimbursements Supervisor
This letter is a, “must read”, for our parents to know the simple but important steps that they need to follow in order to receive their reimbursement payment as quickly as possible.
Direct Deposit Form (Download the Form)
Please complete this form if
a. you are new to THEE and want to receive your reimbursement of your home education funding via electronic deposit to your bank account.
b. you have previously set-up direct deposit with us, but you need us to send your direct deposit to a different bank account.
NOTE: Direct Deposit only applies to our ability to deposit funds into your account. We can not access nor view any information in your account.
Early Purchase Agreement (Download the Form)
For our returning homeschooling parents, this form enables them to use Purchase Orders (PO) to purchase learning resources prior to September 29th of the new school year. Please view the information that describes our PO service.
Reimbursement Request Form (Download the Form)

This form is for you to record the purchases of learning materials for which you want to use your homeschool funding. Please be sure to download the instructions so that you can avoid making common mistakes that will likely delay your reimbursement.

Check Your Parent Funding Account’s Balance of Funds (Download the Instructions Sheet)
From within your parent account in PowerSchool, you can check the balance of your home education funding for your child or children, and this instructions document will show you where you will find this information.
Declaration Letter from the Parents
This form is for those parents who want to help THEE to support special needs students by providing special learning services to these students. By signing this form, the parent will authorize our home education program to keep any unspent funds at the end of the school year (funding that the parent did not spend during the school year).
