POs (Purchase Orders)
“YES” – Yes, the vendor will accept a PO from THEE, and THEE will provide a PO# for that vendor. Contact the office before placing order to get your Purchase Order Number and to confirm your funding account’s balance.
“No” – No, either the vendor will not accept a PO from THEE, or THEE will not give a PO# for that vendor. Place the order yourself, and you’ll then need to send the receipt(s) to THEE’s office for reimbursement.
